Wanted: Floor Manager with Bar Experience

Job Description

We are a vibrant, small Mexican restaurant looking for an experienced, passionate, and creative floor manager with bar experience to join our team.

The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding and love for Mexican cuisine, as well as the ability to innovate and create new and exciting cocktails.

The floor manager will be responsible for managing the bar and floor operations, training staff, ordering supplies, and ensuring the quality of the service meets our high standards.

Job Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a floor manager in a restaurant setting with bar experience
  • Passion for and knowledge of Mexican cuisine, cocktails, and spirits, with a particular focus on tequila and mezcal
  • Ability to manage staff and create a positive work environment
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage inventory and order supplies
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with others
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Job Type: Full-time, 5 days per week

Salary: Competitive and based on experience
